Complete Renovation Projects in The Hague

Optimum Contractors carries out both individual construction projects and complete renovations of houses and apartments.

Depending on the property and scope of work, a renovation project can include:

• demolition and preparation

One Contractor for Multiple Trades

Larger renovation projects usually involve several different trades. These activities need to be coordinated in the right sequence so that one stage of the project does not unnecessarily delay another.

Optimum Contractors can coordinate multiple disciplines within one renovation, providing one central point of contact for the project.

Bathroom renovation is one of our core services. Complete bathroom projects can include demolition, plumbing, electrical work, waterproofing, tiling, sanitary installation and final finishing.
